Ristorante Bottiglieria Corsini: a history that has been renewed for over 150 years
In the heart of Verona, a few steps from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Ristorante Bottiglieria Corsini is an elegant and versatile place, ready to accompany every moment of your day: from breakfast to after-dinner drinks, open all day (7 am – 2 am). A contemporary place, but with ancient roots. A story that began more than 150 years ago and is constantly evolving.
1868
This is the year of birth of the place, which at the time was called Cattarrozzi-Ferri (the surnames of the two owners) and specialized in selling liqueurs. It is then taken over by Ferri, who after the war abandoned for a period the big brands of liqueurs to propose substitutes made by him, sold at more affordable prices given the availability of the time (some bottles are still on display).

2004
Franca Marini (the current owner) takes over the management of the Corsini and brings in the restaurant license. It is the beginning of a new chapter for the wine shop, which in addition to offering a selection of the best local and international wines, also adds a refined cuisine, including local dishes and careful research of raw materials.
2022
With the entry in the kitchen of Andrea Gasbarro (Executive Chef) and Giacomo Righetti (Executive Sous Chef) the culinary proposal of Ristorante Bottiglieria Corsini is enlarged with refined dishes, elegant and creative combinations. The perfect mix of traditional flavors and ingredients from all over the world. Always accompanied by an excellent glass of wine.

After the economic boom, the place was transformed into a brewery until about the 1920s, then it was enlarged and became a bar and wine shop. With the death of Ferri, it was his apprentice – Corsini Adino – who took over the place in 1927. Since then, Corsini has maintained its famous name, which has become part of the history of the city of Verona.
